The 2018-2019
Re-enrollment instructions for current students will be added to the Renweb
announcement page on November 1 and will run through January 31,
2018. If you have any questions, regarding re-enrollment, please contact

Administrative Staff by sending in small gifts, sweet treats and notes of
encouragement on Friday, January 19th. See below for your

Report cards for 2nd quarter
are available through
RenWeb. They will remain open until Friday, January 19. If you need
to print a copy of your child’s report card, please make sure you do so by
Friday, January 19. This option will be closed by the end of the day on
1/19/18.
Student Security
Student Security is important
at HGCS. Therefore, carline tags should be displayed in vehicles for
student pick-up in the afternoon. This applies to Main Campus carline, or
North Campus bus carline pick-up. If you need additional carline tags,
please contact the Elementary Office. Additional carline tags are available
for parent pick-up.
Student Absences
If your student is
absent for any reason, please email the teacher and the Elementary
Office, NancyMcDowell@HGChristian.org.
Remember to follow the CDC Guidelines when your student is not feeling
well. Students should be free of the following for 24 hours before
returning to school: fever of 100 degrees or more, vomiting or diarrhea.
For attendance records to be accurate, please email the Elementary Office each
day your student is not in class.

Lost and Found:
Missing a lunchbox,
Bible, sweater, jacket or book? The lost and found is located at the
Welcome Desk in the Education Center Lobby. Please check for items
promptly. Unclaimed items will be donated to the less fortunate.
