 Re-enrollment
Please note that Re-enrollment will begin on Thursday, January 3, 2019, and you will have until Friday, January 25, 2019, to secure your child's spot for the 2019-2020 school year. The registration fee, tuition fees, and re-enrollment instructions will be posted on your Renweb announcement page by the end of December.

Cafeteria Closed
The cafeteria is closed on Monday, December 3rd, and Thursday, December 6th due to church events. All elementary students will eat lunch in classrooms. Students should bring a bag lunch on both days that does not require a microwave, along with drink and all utensils.

 December 14 Dismissal
All students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm, on Friday, December 14. Students should be picked up in carline or ride the bus to Harris Campus (North Campus). Afterschool and Adventure Day will not be operating on Friday, December 14. 

 Christmas Break Adventure Days
Adventure Days sign-up are open to TK - 5th-grade students from December 17 - 21 and January 2.  To register, sign-up with Mrs. Terry at the After School Desk or email student information to KendallHuneycutt@HGChristian.org by Friday, December 7 even if you have pre-paid for the year. The cost to register is $40 per day.

November 21 Early Dismissal
All students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, November 20.  All students should be picked up in carline. The bus will leave after dismissal and will arrive at the Mallard Creek Campus at approximately 12:00 noon.  Afterschool/Adventure Days will not operate on Tuesday, November 20 - Friday, November 23. Enjoy a safe, Christ-filled Thanksgiving break.

Carline Reminder 
Classes begin at 7:45 AM each morning.  Carline dropoff ends at 7:40 AM to allow students and teachers working in carline, time to arrive at their classroom and prepare for the academic day.  Students arriving after 7:40 AM at the back carline, should proceed to the main entrance to sign-in properly.  TK & K5 students may sign-in at the Main School Office.  First - 5th-grade students sign-in at the Elementary Office.  All students should be accompanied by an adult when they are signed-in at the office. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 Thanksgiving Banquet
The annual Elementary Thanksgiving Banquet is Tuesday, November 20, at 10:30 AM.  All students will have lunch at 10:30 AM followed by dismissal at 11:30 AM.  A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door.

The Hickory Grove Performing Arts Department presents The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Tickets are now for sale. For each performance, ticket sales will be open until 12:00 pm.
