Re-enrollment for Current HGCS Parents
The 2018-2019
Re-enrollment instructions for current students will be added to the Renweb
announcement page on November 1 and will run through January 31,
2018. If you have any questions, regarding re-enrollment, please contact
the admissions office at 704-531-3589.
Our next BOX TOP collection date is Friday,
Feb 2nd!
Thank you for supporting Hickory Grove Christian School by
collecting Box Tops. Our school earns 10
cents for each box top submitted. We will
have two more collection times this school year on February 2nd and May
4th. You can help us reach our goal by sending in your Box Tops on
those dates.
HERE ARE A COUPLE OF TIPS TO HELP MAKE SUBMITTING
BOX TOPS EASIER:
• Ask your family members and neighbors for save them for you.
• Bundle your Box Tops in groups of 50 using a Ziploc bag or
envelope.
• Write your child’s name, homeroom teacher and grade on the bag
or envelope.
We will give out prizes
for the students submitting the most Box Tops in each grade level!
Student Security
Student Security is important
at HGCS. Therefore, carline tags should be displayed in vehicles for
student pick-up in the afternoon. This applies to Main Campus carline, or
North Campus bus carline pick-up. If you need additional carline tags,
please contact the Elementary Office. Additional carline tags are
available for parent pick-up.
Student Absences
If your student is
absent for any reason, please email the teacher and the Elementary
Office, NancyMcDowell@HGChristian.org. Remember to follow the CDC Guidelines
when your student is not feeling well. Students should be free of the
following for 24 hours before returning to school: fever of 100 degrees or
more, vomiting or diarrhea. For attendance records to be accurate, please
email the Elementary Office each day your student is not in class.

Lost and Found
Missing a lunchbox,
Bible, sweater, jacket or book? The lost and found is located at the
Welcome Desk in the Education Center Lobby. Please check for items
promptly. Unclaimed items will be donated to the less fortunate.
