Open Enrollment

The 2018-2019 enrollment instructions for current students is available on RenWeb.  If you have any questions, regarding re-enrollment, please contact the admissions office at 704-531-3589.  Enrollment for HG Church members and non-members is now open. On March 1, the Re-enrollment fee increases to $600.

Lost and Found in FLC

The lost and found in the FLC has several coats/sweaters and lunchboxes.  Stop by if you are missing items.  Unclaimed items will be donated to the less fortunate on Thursday.

Spring Musical/Art Fair
Thursday March 8th, is the Elementary Spring Musical and Art Fair.  Students should be in their home rooms at 6pm. Art will be displayed in Rooms 1111/1112 & 1113/1114, located off the Welcome Center.  The Musical begins at 6:30pm in the Worship Center.

Dress for the Spring Musical is Sunday Best - No Jeans, shorts or t-shirts please.

4th Grade to Raleigh
Register students for the field trip to visit our state capital. The deadline to register is Sunday, March 18. https://hgchristian.brushfire.com/events/441244
Student Security
Student Security is important at HGCS.  Therefore, carline tags should be displayed in vehicles for student pick-up in the afternoon.  This applies to Main Campus carline, or North Campus bus carline pick-up.  If you need additional carline tags, please contact the Elementary Office.  Additional carline tags are available for parent pick-up.

Student Absences
If your student is absent for any reason, please email the teacher and the Elementary Office, nancymcdowell@hgchristian.org. Remember to follow the CDC Guidelines when your student is not feeling well.  Students should be free of the following for 24 hours before returning to school: fever of 100 degrees or more, vomiting or diarrhea.  For attendance records to be accurate, please email the Elementary Office each day your student is not in class.

Lost and Found:
Missing a lunchbox, Bible, sweater, jacket or book?  The lost and found is located at the Welcome Desk in the Education Center Lobby.  Please check for items promptly.  Unclaimed items will be donated to the less fortunate.
