"The purpose of this year's tournament is to partner with family members and local businesses to enhance our efforts and equip our students with the tools needed to build Christian character and a Biblical worldview.
The registration fee will include greens fees, cart, boxed lunch, beverage cart, a post-tournament awards dinner and a gift bag. Most importantly, these fees will generate funds that will support our academic, art and athletic programs and will ultimately affect each student who walks through the doors of HGCS.

Spring Musical & Art Show
The
Elementary Spring Musical and Art Show is Thursday, March 30. Students should be in classrooms at 6PM. Parents
may view art work in the rooms off the Welcome Center before the musical, or at the
conclusion of the event. Parents who
purchased a frame for their students’ art, may pick it up framed work as they
leave. Look forward to seeing everyone

St. John Photography will be visiting
your school to take Black & White Candid photographs
of your children on: April 5th & 7th
Frequently, candid shots produce excellent results in comparison to studio portraits. Individuals are having fun – doing what they normally do – so they appear natural and relaxed. Dress your child as you normally would, formal clothing may inhibit his or her activities.

any showers will be brief and pictures will be taken as usual. If the shoot
is rescheduled, please bear with us – pictures taken outside are much nicer
than ones in front of artificial backgrounds.
There are no up-front fees or
obligations to purchase any of the prints. Proofs will be available
online for you to view the week after pictures are taken.

children at many schools in the Charlotte area; and we know you will be pleased
with the truly unique images they are able to capture. Please call St.

Please be reminded that this week our Parent Teacher Fellowship is taking up a collection to show appreciation for our Support Staff – those ladies that work in the Cafeteria, Library, and Main School Office. Between now and this Friday, March 17th, please send cash only in an envelope marked “Support Staff” that will be combined from all Elementary classes and divided evenly among them.
