Our next BOX TOP collection date is Friday, February 1st!

 Thank you for supporting Hickory Grove Christian School by collecting Box Tops. Our school earns 10 cents for each box top submitted. We will have two more collection times this school year on February 1st and May 3rd. You can help us reach our goal by sending in your Box Tops on those dates.
HERE ARE A COUPLE OF TIPS TO HELP MAKE SUBMITTING BOX TOPS EASIER:• Ask your family members and neighbors to save them for you.• Bundle your Box Tops in groups of 50 using a Ziploc bag or envelope.• Write your child’s name, homeroom teacher and grade on the bag or envelope.
We will give out prizes for the students submitting the most Box Tops in each grade level!
Our school will receive a check based on the number of Box Tops submitted which will be used to purchase items the school needs.

Valentines Celebrations
Parents, we encourage you to follow guidelines for classroom celebrations. Gifts delivered to the school by parents, or other means can be confusing and hurtful to students who do not receive the same consideration. Thank for helping us on this day as we celebrate the love of Christ.

Re-enrollment
Please note that Re-enrollment will begin on Thursday, January 3, 2019, and you will have until Friday, January 25, 2019, to secure your child's spot for the 2019-2020 school year. The registration fee, tuition fees, and re-enrollment instructions will be posted on your Renweb announcement page by the end of December.

  • Dec 14              2nd Qtr Ends / 12:00 dismissal for students
  • Dec 17-Jan 1    Christmas Break

December 14 Dismissal
All students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm, on Friday, December 14. Students should be picked up in carline or ride the bus to Mallard Creek Campus (North Campus). Afterschool and Adventure Day will not operate on Friday, December 14. 

Christmas Break Adventure Days
Adventure Days sign-up are open to TK - 5th-grade students from December 17 - 21 and January 2.  To register, sign-up with Mrs. Terry at the After School Desk or email student information to KendallHuneycutt@HGChristian.org by Friday, December 7 even if you have pre-paid for the year. The cost to register is $40 per day.

Re-enrollment
Please note that Re-enrollment will begin on Thursday, January 3, 2019, and you will have until Friday, January 25, 2019, to secure your child's spot for the 2019-2020 school year. Cafeteria Closed
The cafeteria is closed on Thursday, December 6th due to a church event. All elementary students will eat lunch in classrooms. Students should bring a bag lunch that does not require a microwave, along with a drink and all utensils.

December 14 Dismissal
All students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm, on Friday, December 14. Students should be picked up in carline or ride the bus to Harris Campus (North Campus). Afterschool and Adventure Day will not be operating on Friday, December 14.
